ALISON SCHULTz

Alison is an experienced Senior Lawyer who has practiced law on the Gold Coast for over 20 years.

Alison obtained her Bachelor of Laws from Bond University in 1998 and then undertook two years articles of clerkship prior to being admitted as a Solicitor in Queensland and New South Wales in 2000. Alison is also admitted to practise in the High Court of Australia. In addition to her undergraduate degree, Alison holds a Master of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology.

Alison has extensive experience in various areas of law including Family Law, Litigation, Wills, Estates and Property Law. Alison has appeared in various Tribunals and Courts in both the State and Commonwealth jurisdictions.  Alison operated her own successful sole practice law firm on the Gold Coast.

Whilst being a multi-faceted Lawyer, Alison’s primary experience and passion is in Family Law. Alison prides herself on her ability to work with her clients to build strong relationships, with her focus being on reaching a negotiated, tailored and satisfying resolution in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Where litigation is the only realistic path forward, Alison is experienced in assisting clients navigate the complex court system. Alison’s many years of experience in multiple areas of law also enables Alison to identify potential risks and provide holistic advice to ensure that her client’s interests are protected.

Alison understands the emotional and psychological impact of family law matters and is focussed on serving her clients knowledgeably and compassionately.
