It is highly recommended that you engage one of our expert professionals to oversee the legal transfer of your property to assist in the transaction of:

  • Pre-contract
  • Pre-completion
  • Completion
  • Post-completion

It is imperative that when dealing with this type of legal documentation that all the i’s are dotted and the t’s are crossed. Without review, even minor mistakes can lead you to forfeiting your deposit or create delays in settlement, which can incur penalties and other additional costs.

CJM Lawyers will represent your interest with professionalism and respect. Our Team will confidently work towards the desired outcome with you, using personalised service and integrity.
