Senior Associate - Surfers Paradise

Jeffrey has practiced predominantly in commercial litigation, insolvency and aviation law. He has represented Liquidators, Bankruptcy Trustees, Directors and Shareholders and has appeared before ASIC, AFSA and various tribunals. His unique approach to legal issues enables him to tailor solutions to each individual and their specific circumstances.   

Jeffrey has successfully restructured large corporate entities while reducing their debts through the voluntary administration process utilising a deed of company arrangement. He is most interested in assisting distressed companies and/or office holders to help them have the best chance at financial rehabilitation.

Jeffrey’s interests include kiteboarding, flying light aircraft, travel and surfing.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Arts (Major in Political Science); Juris Doctor; Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice; Admitted Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Qld; Admitted Solicitor of the Federal Court and High Court of Australia; Queensland Law Society Member
